Job Summary:The Senior Employee Relations Officer is responsible to lead and oversee the employee relations function within an organization, ensuring the effective management of employee relations issues and the promotion of a positive work environment. They are responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on complex employee relations matters, such as grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes. Additionally, Senior Employee Relations Officers play a key role in developing and implementing employee relations policies, procedures, and programs to foster a culture of fairness, respect, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. They also collaborate with senior management and HR leadership to address systemic issues and develop initiatives to improve employee engagement and morale.<br>Responsibilities: Assist in developing, reviewing and updating the employee relations policies and procedures and ensures their implementation. Support the implementation of HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness activities, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.<br>Skills and Knowledge: Proficient knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in employee relations is essential for navigating complex employment issues and ensuring compliance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effectively mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to employees and managers. Analytical skills are valuable for assessing employee feedback, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for improving employee relations. Job Purpose<br>To execute and standardize cost control activities within the Shared Service Centre (SSC) across all Mantrac Group companies within scope. The role is responsible for overseeing cost management processes, monitoring and analyzing cost variances, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, and providing reliable insights to support management decision-making and operational efficiency<br>Key Duties & Responsibilities<br>The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:<br>Cost Control & Accounting Allocate all Accounts Payable (A/P) invoices related to Cost of Sales (COS). Reconcile and match all relevant cost control accounts, including Goods in Transit (GIT), Inventory/Stock, and Work in Progress (WIP) accounts. Review and reconcile Parts-related accounts, including Inter-Branch Transfers (IBT), stock adjustments, stock write-offs, and Reman inventory, in coordination with Parts Operations and Centres of Excellence (COE). Review, clear, and update inventory provisions for Spare Parts (SP) and Prime Products (PP), ensuring timely and accurate postings. Review Rental Power Systems Cost of Sales and process the necessary asset-related transactions, including service invoice capitalization. Monitor and control CSA accounts and the Get Connected Program, ensuring washout variances are properly validated and posted following Service Team confirmation. Review and validate spare parts landed costs to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Review, open, and close Prime Products estimate accounts as required. Monitor manual spare parts shipment processes and ensure all associated adjusting journal entries are accurately recorded. Review and reconcile warranty provision accounts, ensuring proper matching and accurate balances. Review Prime Products GIT and inventory accounts by unit and process all required adjustments. Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical QC Engineer to join our team and support the execution of HV/MV Substation and Infrastructure projects. The role will be responsible for ensuring that electrical works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. Similar current substation QC roles emphasize inspections, ITPs, NCR management, documentation, and coordination with clients and consultants. <br>Key Responsibilities:Implement and monitor project QA/QC procedures for electrical works. Conduct inspections of HV/MV substation electrical installations, including GIS/AIS, transformers, switchgear, cables, earthing, and related systems. Review and implement ITPs, Method Statements, checklists, and quality procedures. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable IEC/IEEE standards. Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams. Raise and follow up NCRs and ensure timely corrective actions and closure.
