Licensing And Government Compliance<br><br>Licensing Management: Prepares and follows up on all applications for the renewal of commercial, municipal, and civil defense licenses for all company locations (branches, showrooms, and warehouses). Your strong expertise in threat intelligence and security operations enables you to proactively identify and respond to emerging cyber threats. You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM, along with 7 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, complemented by hands-on expertise in major security technologies and strong communication skills.<br><strong>Your professional skills:</strong><br>• S<span>trong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and vulnerability management. You will be responsible for utilizing GRC frameworks to effectively assess, mitigate, and manage security risks across the enterprise</span></p><br><br><p>• Have a solid understanding of threat intelligence and security operations to proactively identify and respond to emerging cyber threats before they impact the organization.</p><br><br><p>• Proven expertise in managing a complex security stack including Proxy Solutions, Mobile SSL/Remote Access, IPS/IDS, WAF, and Load Balancers is required.</p><br><br><p>• Strong hands-on experience with enterprise firewall technologies, specifically Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Check Point.</p><br><br><p>• hands-on SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Viptela, or Meraki) is required .<br>• experience with SIEM, SOAR, and Splunk. The role will lead a finance team of seven and support senior management across real estate development projects.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and closing activities.</li><li>Lead and develop a finance team of seven employees.</li><li>Monitor cash flow, working capital, project costs, and financial performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards and tax regulations.</li><li>Strengthen internal controls and financial risk-management processes.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Improve financial systems and reporting, including Power BI.</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality.</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>CPA certification is mandatory.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.</li><li>Previous experience in at least two real estate or property development roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and Egyptian tax regulations.</li><li>Proven finance team leadership experience.</li><li>English proficiency at B2 level or above.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI is preferred.</li><li>Preferred residence in Sheikh Zayed or Maadi.</li></ul><br> </div>
