We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Accountant to manage and optimize our organization's treasury and cash operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cash management, a solid understanding of audit and closing processes, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Retail industry experience is preferred.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Manage day-to-day cash management operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and bank account management (mandatory). Oversee treasury-related aspects of month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, reconciliations, and analysis related to treasury activities. Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including negotiating terms and resolving banking issues. Utilize the ERP system to process treasury transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records. Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare periodic treasury reports and cash flow statements for management review.<br>Requirements:<br>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.3-6 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related finance role. Key Responsibilities Receive and manage all leads generated through Stryve’s Social Media and Digital Channels. Contact leads promptly through phone calls and Whats App. Understand customer needs and qualify leads based on Stryve’s target customer profile. Explain Stryve’s products, services, and digital payment solutions clearly. Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally. Convert qualified leads into new customers. Follow up with customers throughout the registration and activation process. Re-engage leads who are not responsive or have not completed the required steps. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information on the CRM/system. Record all calls, follow-ups, customer responses, and lead outcomes. Monitor each lead from the initial contact until conversion and activation. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Activation, and Customer Service teams when required.
