<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<p>As Nuclear Engineering Lead you will be responsible to lead the Nuclear Engineering function of Worley team and subcontractors providing direct interface with the customer and their personnel.</p>
<ul>
<li>Organizes and leads Worley Nuclear Engineering team to help the customer ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contract and standards requirements, local and international codes, timeline and budget during all project phases – design, installation, testing and commissioning.</li>
<li>Responsible for providing the necessary technical support and input to Worley Project Manager and team.</li>
<li>Represents Worley Nuclear Engineering at internal and external meetings on the project.</li>
<li>Ensures Worley Nuclear Engineering systems and procedures are developed and rolled out for the project and work is performed in accordance with Worley internal processes and procedures.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring that no technical changes are implemented without prior approval as per EPC contract procedure and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Ensures that the Worley technical team and any 3rd party subcontractors adhere to the overall project execution plan and project quality.</li>
<li>Performs reviews of safety analysis report (PSAR, FSAR) and PSA related documentation.</li>
<li>Reviews design basis documents and calculations pertaining to vendor design.</li>
<li>Reviews nuclear safety assessments.</li>
<li>Reviews safety and hazard assessments for nuclear processes and systems.</li>
<li>Monitors construction of NPPs; develops comments pertaining to non-compliance with design.</li>
<li>Reviews as-built design drawings and modification of nuclear systems.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Experience and qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nuclear Engineering is a must.</li>
<li>Minimum of 10 years experience in the nuclear sector, with senior management responsibilities over corporate functions, including at least one role as Senior Manager, Head or Deputy Head of the Reactor shop, or NPP Shift supervisor in a nuclear operating organisation.</li>
<li>Strong technical skills; 10+ years of experience in nuclear engineering on large scale projects and management of multi-cultural teams.</li>
</ul>

<p>The Claims Management – Tracking Officer is responsible for monitoring all direct claims received from providers in line with Nextcare standards. This role ensures that Nextcare’s operational standards are met with maximum productivity and efficiency.</p>
<p>Regularly review and track claims from providers, including these key duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Verify claim submissions for completeness.</li>
<li>Confirm adherence to the required submission formats, such as general and detailed statements of account.</li>
<li>Perform initial checks comparing the count of physical claims received against the statement.</li>
<li>Provide timely feedback for corrections, missing information, or format discrepancies.</li>
<li>Organize received claims into batches according to standards and deliver physical claims to the Retrospective team.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation, feedback, and endorsements for the following:</li>
<li>Communicate directly with providers if claims lack information or do not follow submission standards; if unreachable, escalate to provider OPS for support.</li>
<li>Return claims with incomplete administrative details to the provider.</li>
<li>Direct providers not registered on TATSH to the MPM team for setup.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Key requirements / What you bring:</h4>

<li>Bachelor’s degree.</li>
<li>0 to 2 years of management experience preferred in the healthcare industry (TPA, insurance companies, hospitals, medical centers, or pharmacies).</li>

<li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong internet navigation and research skills.</li>
