<p><h4>Job description</h4> <p>He should be able to operate independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, to perform complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. He should have experience and be able to apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Ability and experience in acting as the team lead on projects will be seriously taken into consideration. The successful candidate should be able to conduct C-Level communication and effective communication with management of customer organizations. The candidate should also demonstrate proven expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.</p> <p>Ideally, the candidate should be able to demonstrate 4-5 years of experience relevant to this position including 2 years consulting experience and holding a university degree. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients is essential.
