The Electrical Maintenance Engineer ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of electrical equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance and effective troubleshooting of electrical and control systems. The role supports daily maintenance activities, leads the team, and ensures compliance with safety standards, technical procedures, and company policies. The position contributes to continuous improvement by implementing TPM, AIBI, EMS, and ERP systems, improving equipment performance, and managing energy consumption, spare parts, and maintenance costs. The engineer collaborates with internal departments and contractors, monitors KPIs, and develops team capabilities through coaching and technical training. Responsibilities Maintain the equipment within the required efficiency - Applying maintenance procedures and ensuring people and equipment safety. - Lead/support the working team administratively and technically on daily basis. - Achieve and analyze maintenance key performance indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports. - Troubleshooting different control problems (PLC, Drives ,…etc.) - Aware of different electrical instrumentation devices. - Achieve & follow-up the electricity, water and fuel consumption targets. Control the maintenance expenses daily. - - Revise and sign on SPs (Spare Parts). - Cooperate with purchasing department regarding any technical issues. - Revise spare parts strategic items on annual basis. - Revise the work orders completion with spare parts withdrawal and ensure that the replaced used parts are returned to the Store. - Review and modify the spare parts item cards limit to ensure spare parts availability. - Review and sign on to purchasing orders and technically approve supplier’s offers. - Revise, check and approve imported spare parts orders. - Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive on the system. - Make sure that all workshop equipment is working properly. - Participate in planning and preparation for projects. - Follow up on contractors’ daily performance & onsite activities progress, ensuring quality & conformity to specifications. - Annual revise for equipment fixed assists registry. - Responsible for implementing PEMM (Pepsico Maintenance Methodology), AIBI (American Institute for Baking Industry Audit), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), GEHSMS (Global EHS management system), QAS (Quality audit system), ERP (Employee Risk Protection) systems. - Enhance equipment performance by updating the PM (preventive maintenance) programs. - Raising-up team skills through internal technical training and coaching new team members. - Follow up on the Proper execution of the TPM processes and ensure proper implementation of the required aspects in each step - Supporting the team during the audits (PEMM, TPM, GEHSMS, AIB, QAS….) Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect Engineer (building materials) role based in New Cairo. The Architect Engineer will focus on specifying and promoting Forbo and related flooring solutions for commercial and residential projects, working closely with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project drawings, recommending suitable flooring materials and systems, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the sales team with technical expertise. The role involves site visits to assess conditions, ensure proper installation practices, and address technical inquiries. The Architect Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to provide product training, maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and sustainability standards, and contribute to design and material libraries. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong architectural and technical design skills, including reading and interpreting drawings, detailing building materials, and coordinating finishes. Candidates should possess knowledge of building materials and flooring systems, including performance characteristics, installation methods, and maintenance requirements. Candidates should possess project coordination and client-facing skills, including stakeholder communication, requirement gathering, and solution presentation. Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing site conditions, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or a related field are preferred. Prior experience with commercial or residential flooring projects, building materials specification, or working with architectural firms or contractors is an advantage. Proficiency in design and documentation tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit, or similar), along with solid MS Office skills, is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Position Objective: To own and optimize the daily production process by ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and availability of machinery through rapid breakdown response, advanced troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. This role is directly accountable for achieving production output targets and minimizing equipment downtime (Machine Availability > 99.90%) while reducing maintenance costs.<br>Main Responsibilities:- Ensure machine availability remains above 99%.- Perform corrective maintenance as needed.- Manage spare parts inventory based on machine requirements.- Design and implement an effective preventive maintenance program.- Adhere to quality standards and 5S methodology.- Monitor and control the assigned budget.- Other duties as assigned.<br>Qualifications:- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering.- Proven +2 years of experience in Pneumatic machine is a must.- High level of English is a must (written and spoken).- Knowledge of PLC programming.<br>Skills:- TPM skills.- OEE knowledge.- Preventive maintenance background.- MMTR, MTBF knowledge.- Organized and methodical.- Teamwork Ability.<br>Work Conditions:- Location: 10th of Ramadan City.- Working days: Sunday – Thursday (The company can work also, six days a week if needed).- Shifts: Three shifts—Morning, Afternoon, and Night.- Environment: Production and Maintenance area.
