<p>As the Technical Projects Engineer, you will:</p><br>
<ul>
<li>Lead technical and CAPEX projects from concept, feasibility, and scope definition through execution, commissioning, handover, and closure</li>
<li>Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contractor activities, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful project delivery</li>
<li>Deliver industrial automation and digitalization projects involving PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, instrumentation, drives, sensors, and industrial networks</li>
<li>Identify and implement Industry 4.0 opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and decision-making</li>
<li>Support operational excellence initiatives through Lean principles, Loss Elimination, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with JTI engineering, quality, safety, IACS governance, and change management standards</li>
<li>Collaborate with Production, Quality, Finance, EHS, Maintenance, Procurement, IT, and external partners to deliver business objectives</li>
<li>Prepare business cases, technical reports, investment requests, presentations, and management updates</li>
</ul> <strong>Requirements:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</li>
<li>3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial projects, automation, electrical maintenance, or manufacturing engineering</li>
<li>Good English</li>
<li>Good understanding of industrial electrical systems and automation, including PLCs, HMIs, instrumentation, industrial communication networks, drives, and control systems</li>
<li>Foundational project management knowledge, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, risk management, and reporting</li>
<li>Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word </li>
