<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking a skilled IP & security solution architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of secure network solutions across data centre and office environments. This role focuses on ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of network infrastructure while driving standardisation, harmonisation, and innovation across multiple markets. The individual will play a key role in delivering scalable and secure network architectures that support business-critical services and enable seamless connectivity across Vodafone’s global operations.</p>
<h4>What you’ll do</h4>
<ul>
<li>Develop high-level and low-level designs (HLDs and LLDs) for network and security solutions</li>
<li>Design and optimise network infrastructure to improve performance, scalability, and cost efficiency</li>
<li>Standardise and modularise configurations to enable consistent implementation across environments</li>
<li>Deploy secure networks aligned with service and application requirements, including capacity and utilisation planning</li>
<li>Harmonise LAN, wireless, and office network services across regions</li>
<li>Implement virtualisation and network segmentation strategies</li>
<li>Conduct proof-of-concept validations and support testing, auditing, and acceptance activities</li>
<li>Define and manage test plans, catalogues, and environments while documenting all quality assurance activities</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams to deliver integrated solutions</li>
<li>Support tender processes and oversee third-party vendors and partners</li>
<li>Drive innovation in security networking and promote best practices across teams</li>
<li>Ensure high-quality documentation aligned with architectural standards</li>
<li>Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the wider network team</li>

<h4>Who you are</h4>
<ul>
<li>Experience working within large-scale IT environments supporting complex network infrastructures</li>
<li>Strong understanding of IP networking, including protocols, architectures, and hardware</li>
<li>Expertise in network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, PKI, encryption, and authentication frameworks</li>
<li>Proficiency in automation scripting using languages such as Python or Go</li>
<li>Experience designing and executing system testing frameworks and documentation</li>
<li>Familiarity with network management, monitoring, and analysis tools</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams</li>
<li>Understanding of IT service management principles and operational environments</li>
<li>Knowledge of mobile network operator ecosystems and standard architectures</li>

This role requires exceptional expertise in technical architecture and solution design across diverse software technologies, combined with proven team leadership skills necessary to guide large, multi-disciplinary project teams from concept through successful delivery.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><p><strong>1.
