<br></span><p>The Logistics Officer is accountable for overseeing the inbound operations and inventory management. S/He maintains communication with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods.</p><br><br><br>Main Duties and Responsibilities
<br><ul>
<li>Manage outbound activities for customer orders</li>
<li>Manage outbound shipments, follow up with clearing and forwarding agents and monitor the turnaround time (TAT)</li>
<li>Process and document letter of credit (LC) for shipments</li>
<li>Coordinate and arrange transportation of shipments to destination</li>
<li>Track shipments and update customers on a timely basis</li>
<li>Cooperate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth execution of shipments</li>
<li>Coordinate with clearing agents and customs to maximize efficiency in terms of time and quality</li>
<li>Verify customs documentations for exports and transfer of ownership</li>
<li>Manage the stock movement through the warehouse management system</li>
<li>Perform monthly stock audits</li>
<li>Coordinate with the CRM and credit teams for invoicing customer orders</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain the warehouse petty cash</li>
</ul><br><br>Position Requirements
<br><br>Education
<br><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field</p><br><br><br>Experience
<br><ul>
<li>At least three years of relevant experience in logistics, import operations, or supply chain coordination.</li>
<li>Strong familiarity with Egyptian customs procedures and regulatory platforms, including Nafeza, GOEIC, NTRA, and other applicable authorities.</li>
<li>Good understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and customs clearance procedures.</li>
<li>Experience in stock control, Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) management, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) processing, inventory counts, and warehouse coordination.</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage shipments from supplier dispatch through final delivery, while coordinating closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.</li>
