Ensures the quality of our products and our workplace by following all procedures and guidelines. Stay in sync with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures. Assists in the implementation of the QRMP program. Actively participates in team safety efforts to achieve/exceed plant goals. Leads areas of organizational change and accountability Mentors CI Lead and Maintenance Lead to identify improvements and apply problem solving techniques. Take leadership in routine production problem solving. Coordinate period cleaning programs and monthly checks. Ensure employee coverage daily with each shift. Coach and develop direct reports. <p>Nous recherchons pour notre établissement parisien un(e) agent de réservations (H/F) expérimenté et qualifié.</p>
<p>Le/la candidat(e) doit être titulaire d’une autorisation de travail conforme à la législation française.</p>
<p>Un niveau courant de français et d’anglais est requis.</p>

<h4>Profil recherché</h4>
<p>L’agent de réservation s’assure de la prise en charge des demandes de réservations effectuées par nos clients.</p>
<p>Ces demandes peuvent provenir de différents canaux (téléphone, chat, emails, réservations effectuées par GDS).</p>
<p>L’une des responsabilités principales d’un agent de réservation consiste à répondre aux demandes téléphoniques de réservations. En ce sens, l’agent est avant tout un vendeur qui se doit de connaître parfaitement l’hôtel et ses services, les différentes catégories de chambre ou de suites ainsi que ce qui les caractérisent et de concrétiser les demandes.</p>
<p>L’un des autres aspects de la fonction d’agent de réservation consiste à faire un suivi administratif des différentes demandes : traiter les correspondances reçues par email ou téléphone, s’assurer du bon suivi des différentes tâches à effectuer lors d’un shift et être informé des dernières mises à jour au sein du service.</p>
<p>L’agent de réservation doit faire preuve d’un bon esprit d’équipe, avoir une excellente présentation, avoir une bonne élocution et de bonnes compétences relationnelles pour correspondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme. Des qualités organisationnelles et une bonne gestion du stress sont également des éléments clés.</p>

<li>Savoir vendre nos chambres et mettre en valeur l’hôtel en général tout en faisant preuve de rigueur et d’organisation.</li>
<li>Savoir anticiper les besoins des clients.</li>
<li>Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et optimiser la vente de nos chambres et suites.</li>
<li>Faire preuve de gentillesse, de rigueur et d’esprit d’équipe.</li>
<li>Avoir une bonne connaissance de l’hôtel, des différents points de ventes et services, des chambres et suites que nous proposons.</li>
<li>Enregistrer les réservations, les confirmer et faire un suivi par rapport au paiement.</li>
<li>Mettre à jour les réservations enregistrées dans Opéra dans les dernières 24 heures effectuées par nos partenaires.</li>
<li>Traiter les traces et commentaires client permettant de s’assurer du bon suivi afin de préparer le séjour de nos clients.</li>
<li>Faire le suivi des no shows (annulations).</li>
<li>Effectuer le contrôle de l’ensemble des réservations 3 jours précédant l’arrivée des clients.</li>
