<p>The primary role of the Finance Solution Advisor is to focus on presenting the value of SAP Finance and Risk Management portfolio. This advisor would also be able to understand the deep integration and financial experience. During these cycles, they may also take on the role of a Solution/Deal Captain. Conduct talent mapping and competitor benchmarking to identify high-potential candidates. Manage confidential searches and sensitive senior-level recruitment assignments. Employer Branding<br>Develop and execute the organization's Employer Branding strategy to strengthen its position as an employer of choice. Develop recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives across Linked In, social media, universities, career fairs, and other channels. Manage the company's presence at career fairs, recruitment events, university partnerships, and talent attraction initiatives. Develop engaging recruitment content that reflects the organization's culture, career opportunities, and employee value proposition. Monitor employer brand perception and recommend initiatives to improve candidate attraction and engagement.<br>5. Recruitment Team Leadership<br>Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment objectives. Set clear KPIs, objectives, and performance standards for team members.
