Job Description : Manage and supervise all construction activities at the 380k V substation site. Coordinate and oversee civil, mechanical, and electrical works throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise the installation of GIS/AIS equipment, power transformers, switchgear, control systems, protection systems, and cable networks. Review and approve work plans, method statements, and construction procedures. Resolve technical and operational challenges encountered during project execution. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, QA/QC requirements, and project specifications. Coordinate inspection and testing activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Monitor manpower productivity, equipment utilization, and material consumption. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Attend project meetings and coordinate site inspections and approvals. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Support testing and commissioning activities and ensure a successful project handover. Utilize ERP systems and project management tools for reporting and workflow management.<br>Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 10–15 years of experience in power transmission and substation projects. At least 5 years of experience managing 132k V, 230k V, or 380k V substation projects. PMP Certification is preferred. Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred. Previous experience with SEC projects and GCC countries is highly preferred. Strong experience in GIS and AIS substations. Proven experience in testing, commissioning, and energization activities. Strong knowledge of high-voltage substations, transformers, switchgear, protection, control, and cable systems. Familiarity with construction methodologies, project planning, and resource management. Solid understanding of QA/QC processes and HSE standards. Fluent English communication skills
