Key Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for Mechanical MEP works including HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and related systems.• Review BOQs, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.• Prepare RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.• Perform technical and commercial evaluation of received offers.• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.• Prepare comparison sheets, procurement recommendations, and purchase evaluations.• Support tender pricing, project budgeting, cost optimization, and value engineering.• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for mechanical materials and equipment.• Coordinate with Tendering, Technical, Projects, Finance, and Logistics teams.• Monitor market prices and maintain an updated supplier and subcontractor database.<br>Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.• 5+ years of relevant experience in MEP procurement, tendering, and cost estimation.• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing systems, materials, and equipment.• Good knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and the Egyptian MEP market.• Strong understanding of BOQs, specifications, technical submittals, and commercial offers.• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.• Very good command of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.• Experience with major MEP contracting projects is highly preferred.???? NuVu Pro is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts & Commercial Engineer to join our team and manage the contractual, commercial, and documentation requirements of our projects.<br>Position: Senior Contracts & Commercial Engineer Experience: 7–10 Years<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>* Review and audit contracts, BOQs, specifications, and contractual documents.* Review quantities, rates, payment terms, and contractual obligations prior to execution.* Prepare and review tender, award, and contracting documentation.* Handle Variation Orders, Change Orders, claims, and additional works.* Prepare and review interim/final payment certificates and commercial submissions.* Monitor advance payments, retention, bank guarantees, performance bonds, penalties, and contractual milestones.* Prepare formal contractual correspondence, notices, RFIs, and supporting documentation.* Maintain complete and properly organized contract and project documentation.* Coordinate with Technical Office, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, and Site teams.* Follow up contractual procedures from tender/award stage through project closeout and final handover.* Liaise and coordinate directly with governmental authorities, awarding entities, consultants, and project stakeholders.* Ensure all submissions and contractual procedures comply with applicable governmental requirements.<br>Requirements:<br>* B.
