Diagnosing and repairing electrical and control faults in distribution panels, protection switches, AC/DC motors, transformers, and UPS and power systems.<br>Maintenance and inspection of PLC systems, industrial control units (HMI, I/O modules), and sensor and motor connections (VFD/AC drives), and programming/modifying PLC programs when needed (according to engineering instructions).<br>Periodic checks of electrical files, insulation resistance tests, current and voltage measurements, and ground protection and grounding system tests.<br>Implementing and maintaining cables, terminations, cabling, and cable routing management (tray/cable routing).<br>Preventive maintenance of electric motors, generators, insulation switches, circuit breakers, and control panels.<br>Verifying protection settings (relays) and adjusting them in coordination with the maintenance engineer to ensure equipment and circuit protection.<br>Recording all maintenance work, tests, and measurements in the CMMS and preparing fault reports and root cause analysis.<br>Contributing to projects for installing new machines, integrating control systems, and testing systems before commissioning (SAT).<br>Monitoring inventory of electrical and control spare parts and proposing purchase orders when needed.<br>Executing electrical safety procedures and leading safety activities (lockout/tagout, discharge of charges, use of personal protective equipment).<br>Training and guiding junior technicians and assisting in assessing the technical team's skills.
