<p>Overseeing the maintenance and repair planning to ensure the hotel building is safe and efficiently maintained.<br>
Ensuring safety, security, and compliance are maintained at the highest levels.<br>
Providing water, heat, lighting, and power for the entire hotel.<br>
Ensuring all safety rules and regulations are complied with and reporting progress to the Director of Engineering.<br>
Develops and implements administrative standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, safety, and prompt service to internal and external guests.<br>
Assists in managing the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical and life safety systems.<br>
Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.<br>
Supervises the day-to-day operations of Engineering and related departments.<br>
Ensures by spot checks that preventative maintenance program is followed as it is implemented.<br>
