The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and commissioning machines at customer production lines, repairing and testing electronic boards and machine components, and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance visits at customer sites.<br>Key Responsibilities Install, set up, and commission variable data printing machines at customer sites. Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical faults in machines, electronic boards, and related components. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance visits at customer sites according to operational requirements. Prepare accurate service reports and update maintenance records after each visit. Ensure machines are operating efficiently and minimize equipment downtime. Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to address complex technical challenges and improve machine performance. Respond promptly to urgent breakdown and repair requests. Repair, assemble, test, and troubleshoot machines and components in the technical workshop. Provide technical guidance and basic operational support to customers during and after machine installation. Follow safety procedures and technical standards during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.<br>Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a relevant technical diploma/certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, machinery, automation, printing equipment, or a related technical field.<br>Preferred Skills Familiarity with industrial and production line machinery. Experience with variable data printing machines or similar industrial equipment is a strong advantage. Good knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting. Experience with electronic boards, electrical components, and diagnostic tools. Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings is an advantage. Hands-on experience in machine maintenance, repair, assembly, and testing. Willingness to travel for customer installations, maintenance visits, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills to deal effectively with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
