<div dir="rtl"><p>Responsibilities مهام مشرف امن الموقع تتضمن ولا تقتصر علي الاتي: تنفيذ و تحديث سياسات وبرامج وخطط الأمن الصادر بها قرارت أدارية وعرض اوجه التطويرالتي يمكن ادخالها علي صعيد الموقع او علي كافه المواقع. الأبلاغ عن اي تجاوز او عطل في الأمن الصناعي والوقاية من الحريق و متابعة مدي كفاءة أجهزة ومعدات الاطفاء و السلامه المهنيه وسلامه الغذاء. التأكد من ان كافه العاملين مؤمنين أثناء تواجدهم داخل مقر عملهم و أثناء الدخول و الخروج من البوابات . التأكد من ان كافه الزائرين قد تم تفتشيهم بطريقه سليمه باستخدام الاجهزه المتوفره لضمان عدم حملهم لأي ممنوعات. التأكد من ان كافه افراد العماله الخارجيه قد تم تفتيشهم أثناء الدخول و الخروج بطريقه سليمه باستخدام الاجهزه المتوفره لضمان عدم حملهم لأي ممنوعات او منتجات خاصه بالشركه . التأكد من تامين ممتلكات الشركه و عدم تعرضها للسرقه او النهب أوالتخريب العمدي . الابلاغ عن وجود اي عطل بالاجهزه الخاصه بالامن و متابعة مدي كفاءة الأجهزة والمعدات بصفه مستمره. التاكد من تامين جميع المسنتدات و الملفات الخاصه بالشركه و قطع الغيار و المعدات و الالات الميكانيكيه و الكهربائيه والالكترونيه وضمان عدم خروجها ألا رفقة موظف من الشركه علي ان يكون حاصل علي موافقه كتابيه بذلك . متابعة تنفيذ الإجراءات الاداريه الخاصة بدخول وخروج جميع السيارات والأفراد و التاكد من تنفيذ إجراءات التفتيش من الناحيه الامنيه و الاجرائيه و مراجعة تسجيلها بالدفاتر والسجلات بنهاية الوردية وعمل تقرير يومي للمدير المباشر. مراجعه وأعتماد جميع البيانات فى السجلات الامنية و التأكد من صحتها وتسجيل أي مخالفة بالتقرير اليومي و عرضها على المدير المباشر. تنسيق توقيتات العمل لأفراد قوة الأمن بالموقع بحيث يتم تغطية الموقع أمنيا على مدار ال 24 ساعة وطوال أيام الأسبوع بما في ذلك أيام العطلات - توزيع المهام على أفراد الأمن والإشراف عليهم ومراجعة قيامهم بالمهام الموكلة إليهم. الأشراف على حسن مظهر أفراد الأمن والتأكد من أرتداء الزى الخاص بهم و اتخاذ التدريبات الازمه طبقا للعقد. . الإشراف على إثبات حضور وانصراف أفراد الأمن وفق النظام الاداري المتبع مع عمل كشف بالتأخيرات والغياب و المخالفات والعرض على مديره المباشر للاعتماد و اخطارالمدير المختص بالاداره العامه. مسئول عن تقييم اي فرد امن جديد و الموافقه علي انه مطابق للشروط و المواصفات الموجوده بالعقد و التأكد من قدرته علي اجاده الكتابه و القراءه و القيام بعمليات حسابيه بسيطه. المشاركه في حضور لجان المخلفات ولجان الاعدام أو اي لجنه قد تستجد عقب ورود توجيه كتابي و صريح من مديره المباشر . التأكد من المرور على جميع المنشأت داخل المزرعة و بالأخص مخازن قطع الغيار و الكيماويات و الأسمدة و المبيدات و الورشة و المعمل و مراجعة التقرير اليومى للمرور الذى يتم تقديمة من L1 و التوقيع علية و انشاء أرشيف الكترونى لحفظ صور المرور فى ايام التوقف مع التأكد من سلامة الأقفال و الأشماع.التنسيق والاتفاق مع مدير الموقع على تحديد بوابات الدخول والخروج للموظفين والزائرين والعمالة اليومية والسيارات بأنواعها، وتوزيع مهام الأمن على البوابات بناء على هذا التحديد مع الوضع في الاعتبار امكانيه توحيد تلك البوابات من ما يدفع الي تخفيض افراد الامن -شريطة موافقة مديره المباشر و مدير الموقع و أي مدير أخر له مسئوليه مباشره في هذا القرار. المسئولية المباشرة عن لوحة المفاتيح للموقع، والتي يحتفظ فيها بنسخة من جميع مفاتيح المكاتب والمخازن و التي يتم استخدامها في الطواريء. الابلاغ الفوري عن أي حادثه او مخالفه او ملحوظه للمدير المباشر أو مدير الاداره العامه , كما يتم اخطارغرفه عمليات الاداره العامه بكافه الوقائع فور حدوثها و أحاطه الغرفه بالتطوارات اولا" ب أول . القيام بمراجعه تسجيل الكاميرات بصفه يوميه للتاكد من عدم وجود أي مخالفات , كذا توفيرالادله المطلوبه في حال وقوع أية حوادث أو مخالفات أو سرقات. أجراء تحقيق رسمى كتابى في حالات السرقه أو المخالفات أو الوقائع الامنيه و تقديم أدله او شهود حول الواقعه . تلقى تعليمات الإدارة أو مدير الأمن وتوزيع المهام على أفراد أمن الموقع ومتابعة تنفيذها. مسئول عن متابعه و تحديث قوائم الممنوعين من الدخول و التعامل مع الممنوعين اذا تطلب الامر. في حالات بيع الخردة الموجودة بالموقع، يتوجب تأمين وتنظيم أماكن تنفيذ البيع، وعدم السماح بخروج الخردة المُباعة بدون ما يثبت بيعها دون المسئولية عن الإجراءات الإدارية والمالية. عمل تقريرو تقديم التدريب عن تجربة الاخلاء وخطة تأمين الموقع. مسئول عن الحالـة الأمنية بصفة عامة داخل الموقع. مسئول عن تنفيذ التدريبات الامنيه لأفراد الأمن الحاصل عليها من مديره المباشر و التاكد من استيعابهم لها و جودة التطبيق والتنفيذ سرعة التصرف والأبلاغ عن الأحتياج لتعزيز عند وجود نقص في الافراد. القيام بخطه تأمين داخل المخازن اثناء الحملات الترويجيه و المسابقات ضرورة التواجد على البوابة اثناء تبديل الوردية الخاصة بالعمالة الخارجية لملاحظة الحالة ومتابعة التفتيش. إنشاء خطه اتصالات بالموقع وتقديمها للمدير المباشر والعمل على تحديثها. هذا بالإضافة إلى مايتم تكليفه به من مهام أو واجبات أداريه أو امنيه أخرى بموقعه او مواقع اخري من قبل إدارة الأمن . Qualifications يفضل ان يكون حاصل علي مؤهل عالي علي أن يكون عمل من 3 الي 5 سنوات في وظيفه مماثلة. سرعة البديهه وحسن التصرف في اتخاذ اي أجراء سريع وحكيم لتدارك موقف معين وحل مشكلة معينة مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة ليكون قادرعلى تحديد أولويات المسؤوليات وتلبية المواعيد المحدده مسبقا" في بيئة عمل متعددة المهام. القدرة على العمل في بيئة مليئة بالتحديات وان يكون علي اتم الاستعداد علي للتواصل في اي وقت طوال أيام الأسبوع. يفضل ان يجيد اللغه الانجليزيه قراءه و كتابه – أجاده متوسطه القدره علي كتابة التقريربشكل واضح و دقيق اجاده استخدام و التعامل مع الأجهزه الامنيه ( الاجهزه الاسلكيه, الكشف عن المعادن و الكشف عن الحقائب و الكاميرات) أجاده أستخدام الحاسب الألي و MS Office .</p></div> </div>
