Stay current on ELV industry standards, codes (NFPA, BS, IEC), and emerging technologies (IP-based surveillance, integrated security platforms, IoT-enabled BMS).<br>Required Qualifications<br>Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Engineering, or related field.3–6 years of experience in ELV/Light Current presales or design within a system integrator, MEP contractor, or consultancy. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, and BMS system design principles. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE) as most modern ELV systems are IP-based. Hands-on experience preparing technical proposals, BOQs, and compliance matrices for tenders. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain technical and commercial offers. Support value engineering to optimize CAPEX, energy consumption, and maintainability. Participate in customer, consultant, and supplier technical discussions. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3–7 years of experience in mechanical design, presales, or technical office roles. Experience in data centers, telecom facilities, HVAC, precision cooling, or critical infrastructure is preferred. Good understanding of HVAC systems and cooling load calculations. Familiarity with fire suppression, ventilation, drainage, and leak detection systems. Ability to read and review layouts, mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Good command of English, especially technical writing. Good experience with Auto CAD and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of HAP, Revit, or similar tools is a plus.
