You will coordinate architectural finishes with MEP, manage subcontractors (gypsum, flooring, joinery, aluminum & glass, painting), control quality and quantities, and drive on-time delivery. Prepare look-ahead plans, manpower and material lists; follow up deliveries, lead times, and site logistics. Perform quantity take-off/BOQ for finishes; verify measurements, wastage, and site progress for payment certificates. Implement QA/QC: approve samples & mock-ups, conduct inspections, maintain ITPs/MIR/WIR, tolerance checks, and snag/punch lists until close-out. Coordinate material submittals and vendor approvals (e.g., Knauf/USG gypsum systems, Jotun/Scib paints, Sika/BASF waterproofing). Keep accurate site records: site diary, as-built updates, inspection requests, method statements, NCRs and corrective actions. Enforce HSE and housekeeping standards; ensure PPE and safe work sequences. Lead and mentor foremen/crews; ensure workmanship quality that meets luxury residential/commercialexpectations. Support handover: testing, demonstrations, O&M collection and final documentation.
