Job objective:
To perform planned (preventive) and unplanned (emergency) electrical maintenance activities during the daily shift with safety and effectiveness to ensure continuous operation of the equipment fleet.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on the heavy equipment fleet and site vehicles.
- Conduct thorough periodic inspections of equipment to detect and identify potential defects and faults early and address them.
- Troubleshoot and perform advanced fault-finding on electrical systems of mobile equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all official maintenance papers and reports after task completion.
- Strict application of risk assessment, safe work procedures, and full compliance with equipment insulation and Permit-to-Work systems on site.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Educational qualification: Official certificate or diploma in Auto-Electrical field.
- Experience: at least one year of practical experience (post-graduation) in the automotive, heavy equipment, or construction sector.
- Specific technical experience: strong understanding and hands-on experience dealing with Caterpillar electrical equipment and systems.
- Language skills: full ability to read and write clearly in Arabic (essential); knowledge of English is a strong plus.

Experience: Prior experience (2-4 years) in the field of IT Tasks and responsibilities* Receiving and reviewing purchase requests from various departments and ensuring they meet the required specifications.* Searching for suitable IT products and services suppliers and contacting them to obtain quotes.* Requesting and comparing quotes from several suppliers and selecting the best offer in terms of price, quality, warranty, delivery time, and payment terms.* Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and commercial terms.* Issuing and following up on Purchase Orders and ensuring they are approved according to company policies.* Monitoring order status with suppliers and ensuring adherence to delivery schedules.* Continuously monitoring product availability and market prices, especially items affected by price changes or market availability.* Dealing with suppliers of computers, laptops, printers, servers, spare parts, networking equipment, CCTV, software, and other IT products.* Ensuring that received products match the agreed specifications, quantities, and prices.* Coordinating with the IT department or the technical department to verify technical specifications before purchase when needed.* Following up on purchase invoices and procurement documents and coordinating with the accounting department to complete payment procedures.* Maintaining an up-to-date supplier and pricing database with past offers and delivery terms.* Periodically evaluating supplier performance in terms of quality, price, on-time delivery, and after-sales service.* Sourcing new suppliers and alternatives for products to improve prices and reduce risks of product unavailability.* Monitoring project purchases to ensure all requirements are met within specified timelines.* Preparing periodic reports on purchases, prices, suppliers, open orders, and delivery status.<p><strong>Additional details</strong></p><ul><li>Number of vacancies: 1</li><li>Shift system: Morning shifts only</li><li>Benefits: Health insurance, social security</li></ul>
