Requirements
Experience from 1 to 3 years in warehouses or stock control (preferably in the Retail sector).

1- Inventory Management
Monitor all item balances on a daily basis.
Ensure stock quantities on the system match reality.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

2- Stock Taking
Perform periodic, surprise, and annual stock takes.
Analyze variances and prepare related reports.
Follow up on causes of shortages or surpluses and work to address them.
Monitor operations.
Review receiving, issuing, and transfer processes between branches or warehouses.
Ensure all movements are properly recorded on the system.
Follow up on returns, scrapping, and damaged goods.
3- Reports
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:
Inventory movement.
Out-of-stock items.
Slow-moving items.
Inventory variances.
Inventory turnover rate.
Submit reports to management with recommendations.
4- Control
Ensure implementation of the company’s inventory policies.
Review user permissions related to inventory movements.
Detect any errors or abnormal operations and report them.

Analyze prices of raw materials and local and global markets.

Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Administration or Agricultural Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Professional certifications preferred such as CSCP – CPSM – CIPS – APICS.
Experience 8 – 12 years in purchasing and supply chain.
At least 3 – 5 years in a managerial position.
Direct experience in the feed, poultry, agriculture, or livestock sector is a fundamental advantage.
