This role focuses on developing new export markets, securing long-term supply agreements, and strengthening relationships with international clients through strategic engagement and industry events.<br>Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement export sales strategies targeting international OEM appliance manufacturers Identify and secure new business opportunities and long-term supply contracts for wire-on-tube condensers, Bundy tubes, and rubber components Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and engineering teams across global clients Manage the full export sales cycle, including lead generation, RFQs, technical-commercial proposals, and negotiations Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and annual agreement renewals Monitor global raw material trends (steel, copper, rubber) to support pricing strategies and protect margins Identify and participate in key international exhibitions and trade fairs within the refrigeration and appliance sectors Represent the company at global B2B events and client meetings Prepare export sales forecasts, pipeline tracking, and international market analysis reports Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and delivery requirements<br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional languages (French, Spanish, or Turkish) are a plus Minimum 5 years of experience in international B2B or export sales within industrial sectors Proven success in closing long-term OEM supply agreements Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, home appliances, or industrial components is highly preferred Strong understanding of export sales cycles and international market development Ability to build and manage relationships with procurement and technical stakeholders Experience handling RFQs and preparing technical-commercial proposals Familiarity with refrigeration and home appliance supply chains Knowledge of wire-on-tube condensers, Bundy tubes, or similar industrial products is an advantage Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (basic to intermediate level) Strong pricing, costing, and margin analysis skills Knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW) and international payment methods (LC, TT) Understanding of export documentation and logistics processes Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pricing models, margin analysis) Willingness to travel internationally (30–50%) Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams, especially production
