Job Summary:Supervise and support production and shipping operations at the toll blender facility, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with QA regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures, while overseeing the work of operators, contractors, and forklift drivers.<br>Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:Production Supervision Supervise production activities and blending operations carried out by toll blender operators and contractors Ensure all production activities comply with QA regulations and quality standards Monitor production progress and report deviations or quality issues to the supervisor Maintain a safe and organized production environment at all times Shipping & Dispatch Operations Supervise shipping operations carried out by Misr operators and forklift drivers Ensure correct quantities are dispatched in accordance with shipment documentation Verify that products shipped are compliant with quality and labelling requirements Coordinate with the warehouse team on product availability and dispatch readiness HSSE & Quality Compliance Adhere to all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) standards and procedures Report safety incidents, near misses, and non-conformances immediately Participate in regular safety briefings, audits and compliance checks Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods Documentation & Reporting Complete production and dispatch documentation accurately and on time Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation activities Report production output, downtime, and quality observations to the supervisor<br>Key Competencies:HSSE compliance Attention to detail Operational discipline Teamwork Reliability & punctuality Problem solving Communication Continuous improvement<br><br>Minimum Qualifications:Technical Diploma or relevant vocational qualification; experience in a manufacturing or blending environment preferred<br>Minimum Experience:1-3 years experience in a production, blending, filling or warehouse operations role
