Our expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from sophisticated Power Distribution and Renewable Energy to advanced HVAC and Fire Protection systems.</p><p>Role Description</p><p>· Review project specifications and BOQs to identify required Mechanical materials and equipment.</p><p>· Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers in compliance with company standards.</p><p>·Request and analyze quotations to ensure technical and commercial compliance with project requirements.</p><p>· Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.</p><p>· Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.</p><p>· Coordinate with engineering, project management, and site teams to align material procurement with project timelines.</p><p>· Evaluate and recommend alternative suppliers/materials where cost savings or better delivery schedules can be achieved.</p><p>· Maintain and update the approved vendor list and supplier performance database.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards.</p><p>· Track and manage material submittals, approvals, and delivery schedules in coordination with site teams.</p><p>· Monitor market trends, new products, and supplier innovations relevant to Mechanical contracting.</p><p>· Assist in resolving any supply issues, shortages, or disputes with vendors.</p><p>· Prepare regular procurement status reports for management review.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering</p><p>· Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Procurement Engineer in contracting</p><p>· Site experience is plus.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of Mechanical materials, equipment, and suppliers in the regional market.</p><p>· Solid understanding of procurement procedures, contractual terms, and supply chain management.</p><p>· Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</p><p>· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)&nbsp;</p><p>· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</p><p>· Strong organizational and multitasking skills</p>
