<p>Job Description Overview The Engineer - Procurement is responsible for providing process-driven execution and documentation support across the end to end Direct Procurement process within the Central Procurement Office (CPO), aligned to and supporting the Canada / USA procurement team. This role ensures that all steps from Bid RFP Evaluation Recommendation PO/LOA are delivered accurately, on time, and in full compliance with established governance, service-delivery expectations, and process standards. The Engineer - Procurement will work under the day to day direction of the Sr. Manager Procurement (Core Process), with overall accountability held by the Associate Director, Direct Procurement. The role is focused on execution, coordination, and documentation support, and is not expected to make final commercial decisions, approve exceptions, or own strategic supplier outcomes; such matters
