In this leadership role, you will serve as the mechanical discipline lead on complex, large-scale building projects with a specific focus on rail and transit infrastructure projects (such as stations, maintenance facilities, and Depot), as well as commercial high-rises, healthcare facilities, and institutional campuses.</p><p>Missions/Main Duties</p><p>To lead the mechanical engineering discipline by ensuring that all designs, materials, and installations meet rigorous technical and regulatory standards. Identify discrepancies, deficiencies, or non-conforming work, and issue clear directives for corrective actions.</li><li>Rail & Transit Specialization: Apply deep domain expertise to oversee mechanical systems for rail projects, addressing unique challenges such as ventilation for tunnels and below-grade stations, smoke extraction systems, platform pressurization, and the specific environmental control needs of rail operations and equipment rooms.</li><li>Construction Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary mechanical point of contact during construction. <h1>Finishing Manager / Finishing Engineer</h1><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>Fawry Plus is seeking an experienced <strong>Finishing Manager / Finishing Engineer</strong> to manage and supervise architectural, interior finishing, fit-out, and refurbishment activities across Fawry Plus branches and facilities. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all finishing works are executed to the required quality standards, approved designs, specifications, budgets, and project timelines, while maintaining a consistent brand identity across locations.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p>Manage and supervise all architectural, interior finishing, fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment works for
