This is a production-focused role. It does not carry design authority: all deliverables are issued only after review and approval by the Head of Engineering. What the role does carry is ownership of quality and completeness. Because you will not be in the building, performance depends heavily on disciplined file management, clean revision control, and raising queries in writing rather than making assumptions. The work spans commercial, industrial, and residential facilities — fit-outs, renovations, infrastructure, and facility layouts.
