Location: Alexandria – North Coast, Km 79 (Transportation is provided.)<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br>* Supervise and monitor finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.<br>* Inspect architectural and MEP finishing activities to maintain quality standards.<br>* Review and verify client-approved modifications on site.<br>* Prepare and follow up on snag lists and checklists for pending items.<br>* Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and Customer Service Engineering.<br>* Support unit inspections and handover processes.<br>* Prepare periodic progress and quality reports.<br><br>Requirements:<br>- 5+ years of experience in finishing works within real estate or construction projects.<br>* Strong knowledge of finishing details, MEP coordination, and handover procedures.<br>* Experience in snagging, inspections, and client handovers.<br>* Excellent communication and coordination skills.<br>* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<br><br>To Apply:<br>Email: careers@mena-eg.com <br>Whats App: 0128 116 0029
