The role involves on-site visual inspections, sampling according to SOPs, documentation, and coordination with the lab for testing</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Inspect agricultural and food products (fresh Crops, processed food).</li><li>Collect representative samples following sampling plans, SOPs.</li><li>Package, label, and transport samples securely to the laboratory.</li><li>Perform visual quality checks and basic on-site measurements where required.</li><li>Record findings and prepare clear inspection and sample submission reports.</li><li>Coordinate with laboratory staff.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards during handling.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor s degree in Agriculture or Sciences (BSc). Minimum 3-5 years experience in goods inspection, sampling, or quality control involving agricultural/food products. Knowledge of sampling methods, and basic food safety/hygiene practices. Strong report-writing and record-keeping skills. Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry. Good communication skills in English; local language fluency preferred.</p><p>Desirable: Familiarity with food safety standards (GAP, HACCP, ISO).</p><p></p></section>
