Ltd., is a Saudi company operating in the field of audio and visual production.</span></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><span>We are seeking a Human Resources Manager who can develop the department, build policies and procedures, reflect these into the Odoo system, and possess strong experience in leading remote HR development and operations. The candidate will oversee daily work, ensure operational consistency, data accuracy, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The candidate must have professional and high-level experience in labor regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.</span></p><p><span> </span><strong>Reporting Line</strong></p><p><span>The manager reports directly to the CEO, leads the HR specialist located at the company's headquarters in Jeddah, translates decisions into clear, actionable tasks, and is considered the primary person responsible to the CEO for the department.</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Organizing and Managing HR Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Develop the HR system on the internal Odoo platform in collaboration with the programming and analysis team to create a professional HR program using their expertise, ensuring administrative work is fully digitized through the HR application.</li><li>Work closely with the team.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Organize the current state of the HR department, review files and pending issues, set priorities, follow up on closures, and prevent the creation of unauthorized duplicate copies.</li><li>Manage the HR team, distribute tasks, provide clear instructions, review outputs, and follow up on the execution of the CEO's decisions.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports for the CEO on the status of HR, including recruitment, contracts, probation periods, evaluations, files, attendance, leaves, policies, Odoo updates, and matters requiring decisions.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Organizational Structure and Job Descriptions</strong></p><ul><li>Professional in building organizational structures from scratch and updating them upon hiring, staff departures, title changes, managerial shifts, or transferring roles between departments.</li><li>Lead the preparation and review of job descriptions, ensure they reflect actual work, maintain approved versions, and update them when duties change.</li></ul><p><strong>Recruitment and Onboarding</strong></p><ul><li>Train the HR specialist in managing recruitment and acquisition processes, review job applications and selection criteria, participate in important job interviews, and approve screening stages, tests, and offers.</li><li>Design an onboarding and orientation program for new employees, ensuring the readiness of accounts, permissions, workspaces, policies, and required documents in coordination with the HR specialist in Jeddah.</li></ul><p><strong>Probation, Performance Evaluation, and Development</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise probation periods and performance evaluations, determine templates, criteria, and weights, review results, and take necessary actions before regulatory deadlines.</li><li>Identify training needs based on performance results and departmental requirements, review important programs, and follow up on their implementation and impact.</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Files, Contracts, Attendance, and Payroll</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise the completion of employee files, contracts, and renewals, review unusual cases, and ensure data consistency between documents, Odoo, and relevant platforms.</li><li>Supervise attendance, leaves, absences, delays, and payroll data, and review discrepancies, recurring cases, and deductions before approval.</li></ul><p><strong>HR Development within the Odoo System</strong></p><p><span>· Hold meetings with the systems analyst and programmers to develop HR operations within the Odoo system used by the company.</span></p><p><span>· Review the current usage of HR within Odoo and identify what needs development or improvement.</span></p><p><span>· Research the best models and ideas used in HR systems and leverage them to develop the system within the company.</span></p><p><span>· Develop a clear and smart attendance and departure system that accurately and easily displays attendance, delays, absences, leaves, and employee records.</span></p><p><span>· Develop an employee evaluation system in cooperation with the systems analyst and programmers, ensuring it is clear, easy to use, and provides actionable results.</span></p><p><span>· Propose new ideas and initiatives to develop HR operations within Odoo.</span></p><p><span>· Develop workflows for HR requests within the system, such as requests, reviews, approvals, notifications, and reports.</span></p><p><span>· Review permissions and new adjustments before launch to ensure they align with actual work processes in the company.</span></p><p><span>· Link approved HR policies, procedures, and forms to the Odoo system when needed.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong>Regulatory Compliance and Government Services</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and requirements of Qiwa, GOSI (Social Insurance), Muqeem, Saudization, Wage Protection, residence permits (Iqama), and work licenses, coordinating with legal counsel when needed.</li></ul><p><strong>Resignations, Non-Renewal, and End of Service</strong></p><ul><li>Review resignation cases, non-renewals, and terminations, ensuring completion of handover procedures, clearance, account closures, return of company property, and final dues before closing the file.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><p>· <span>Deep knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and government platforms related to Human Resources.</span></p><p>· Experience with Odoo or any ERP systems.</p><p>· <span>Strong and practical experience in HR management, with at least 15 years of previous experience as an HR Manager, with no less than five years of that experience in Saudi Arabia.</span></p><p>· <span>Experience in legal procedures related to employees and workplace investigations.</span></p><p>· <span>Experience in managing remote teams, following up on execution, and measuring performance and results.</span></p><p>· <span>Comprehensive experience in contracts, employee files, recruitment, probation, evaluation, performance, attendance, and leaves.</span></p><p>· <span>Experience in preparing organizational structures, job descriptions, policies, procedures, and forms.</span></p><p><span>· Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening).</span></p><p><span>· Legal experience in cases and procedures related to HR is preferred.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Functional and Leadership Skills</strong></p><p>· <span>Ability to build policies.</span></p><p>· <span>Ability to build procedures from policies.</span></p><p>· <span>Clear procedures, distribution of responsibilities, and follow-up on requests until closure.</span></p><p>· <span>High skill in reviewing files, data, and decisions, and identifying gaps and discrepancies.</span></p><p>· <span>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous files without missing details or deadlines.</span></p><p>· <span>Proficiency in preparing executive reports and presenting issues that require decisions in a clear and concise manner.</span></p><p><span>· Ability to lead employees remotely, provide guidance and feedback, and monitor the quality of execution.</span></p><p>· <span>Skill in communicating professionally and firmly with the CEO, managers, employees, and external parties.</span></p><p>· <span>Maintain
