<p><strong>TECHNICAL OFFICE MANAGER:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Review and analyze project documents, including drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs), to understand project requirements.</p></li><li><p>Ability to count and verify systems and layouts from CAD Drawings.</p></li><li><p>Prepare accurate and competitive technical proposals for all low current systems ( CCTV, Access control &amp; Intrusion, Public Address, Fire alarm, Intercom systems etc). </p></li><li><p>Perform system calculations when needed (battery, voltage drop, design on system builders)</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with suppliers to get up-to-date technical information and updates as well as training modules.</p></li><li><p>Develop technical submittals, data sheets, and compliance statements to meet tender specifications.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Technical Office &amp; Design:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Create and review shop drawings and as-built drawings for fire alarm systems using <strong>AutoCAD</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Develop and modify system design layouts, cable routing, and equipment locations based on project requirements and relevant codes (e.g., NFPA 72).</p></li><li><p>Prepare technical reports, material approval requests (MARs), and other project-related documentation.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support to the project team during the installation and commissioning phases.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Project Support:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors to discuss project technical issues (If any/when needed).</p></li><li><p>Ensure all designs and proposals comply with local and international fire safety codes and standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a detailed record of project documentation, including revisions and approvals.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 10 years of<strong> </strong>proven experience as Technical Office.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in <strong>AutoCAD</strong> is essential. Knowledge of other design software is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of <strong>EN-Standard, NFPA 72</strong> and other international fire and safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously</p></li></ul><p></p>
