Sales Specialist – Religious Tourism (Hajj & Umrah) Job Type: Full-Time Gender: Males & Females Age: 22–35 years Salary: EGP 7,000–12,000 + Commission Working Hours: 8 hours per day Days Off: 1 day off per week Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our Religious Tourism team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling Hajj & Umrah programs, managing customer inquiries, following up with leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service throughout the booking and travel process. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah programs to prospective customers. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, Whats App, social media, and other communication channels. Explain package details, including hotels, transportation, flights, services, and program inclusions. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales. Collect and review required customer documents for visa processing. Explain Hajj & Umrah procedures and relevant visa requirements to customers. Follow up on payments, reservations, and customer documentation. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with Operations and Religious Tourism teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide professional support to pilgrims before, during, and after their trips. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and follow up on pending leads. Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Contribute to the growth and development of the Religious Tourism department. Job Requirements2–5 years of experience in Religious Tourism Sales. Proven experience selling Hajj & Umrah programs is mandatory. Previous experience in Religious Tourism Companies, Hajj & Umrah Operators, Travel Agencies, or Tourism Companies is preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Good knowledge of Hajj & Umrah procedures and visa requirements. Experience selling Hajj & Umrah packages directly to customers. Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management skills. Ability to handle customer objections professionally. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of Microsoft Office.
