The Role

We're hiring our first School Partnership Manager to own how we build and grow relationships with schools — from first conversation through signed pilot, renewal, and expansion. This is a foundational hire — you'll work directly with the founder, shape how we approach schools as much as execute those conversations, and your fingerprints will be on our partnership strategy for years to come.

You’ll be the main relationship lead for every school we work with; someone who understands what principals need to hear, what teachers need reassurance on, and how school procurement really works — ideally because you’ve been on the other side of the table.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partner schools and universities, from first outreach through signed pilot

• Own the full partnership cycle — discovery conversations with school leadership, tailoring the pitch to different stakeholders (leadership, teachers, parents), navigating procurement and RFP processes where they exist

• Manage existing school partnerships — pilot success, renewal conversations, and expansion within a school (e.g. from one grade to schoolwide)

• Be the voice of the customer internally — bring back what schools actually need, what objections come up, and what's working, to shape product and pricing decisions

• Represent Massarak-Psy in person — school visits, leadership meetings, and eventually conferences or education-sector events in Egypt

• Where relevant, help introduce our existing psychometric assessment services to the same school relationships, and vice versa

Requirements

• Experience working in a school environment — as a teacher, administrator, or in school operations/leadership. This matters more to us than years of generic sales experience: you need to understand how a principal thinks, what a teacher's day actually looks like, and how school budgets and procurement cycles really work.

• B2B sales, business development, or partnerships experience, ideally with schools, universities, or another relationship-driven, longer-cycle market (preferable experience not essential)

• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders — school leadership, boards, and procurement committees

• Fluent in Arabic and English, and based in (or able to work extensively within) Egypt

• Self-directed and comfortable in an early-stage environment — there isn't an existing playbook to follow; you'll help write it

Nice to Have

• An existing network of school contacts or relationships in the Egyptian education sector

• Familiarity with school information systems (Rediker or similar) and how schools currently manage student data

• Background in curriculum, pedagogy, or educational psychology

• Experience navigating formal school district or ministry procurement processes

What We Offer

• A foundational role with real ownership over how we build school partnerships — not a seat in an existing sales org

• Direct, close collaboration with the founder on strategy, pricing, and product direction

• Compensation structured around base + commission/equity, to be discussed based on experience — we're an early-stage company and want this role to share meaningfully in the upside it creates
