متطلبات الوظيفة<br><br>الإشراف على طلبات المركبات الواردة من قسم العمليات والتحقق منها.<br>مواءمة تخطيط سعة الأسطول مع الاحتياجات التشغيلية.<br>متابعة طلبات التوريد وحالة تنفيذها.<br>قيادة التواصل مع مورّدي الأسطول بشأن الكميات المطلوبة والجداول الزمنية.<br>ضمان تسليم المركبات في الوقت المحدد وفقًا لاتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة المتفق عليها.<br>مراقبة أداء الموردين وتصعيد أي قصور عند الحاجة.<br>إدارة توزيع المركبات على المندوبين/السائقين الجدد المنضمين.<br>ضمان استكمال الوثائق والعقود وإجراءات التسليم.<br>التنسيق مع قسم العمليات لدعم تفعيل المندوبين/السائقين بسلاسة.<br>متابعة الخسائر والأضرار والالتزامات المالية المتعلقة بالمركبات.<br>إخطار الجهات المعنية مع توفير التوثيق المناسب.<br>متابعة إجراءات الاسترداد وإغلاق التقارير.<br>المؤهلات المطلوبة<br><br>سنة واحدة من الخبرة في العمليات أو إدارة الأسطول أو الخدمات اللوجستية أو التنسيق الميداني.<br>مهارات جيدة في التواصل والمتابعة.<br>القدرة على استخدام Google Sheets وGoogle Forms وWhatsApp بسهولة.<br>الاستعداد للعمل الميداني عند الحاجة.<br>الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وامتلاك عقلية حل المشكلات.<br>تُعد الخبرة السابقة في عمليات التوصيل للمرحلة الأخيرة (Last-Mile Operations) ميزة إضافية.<br><br>

<br>1. عمليات البيع اليومية: تحقيق الأهداف الموزعة (الكمية والقيمة والعملاء) والالتزام بخط السير اليومي وعدد زيارات العملاء المحددة.<br>2. التسليم والتحميل: المشاركة في تحميل السيارات والتأكد من مطابقة كميات وأصناف المنتجات لسياسة الشركة ولطلبات البيع.<br>3. إدخال البيانات: إدخال أوامر البيع في جهاز البيع المحمول (PDA/الهاند هيلد) والعمل على الجهاز بشكل فعال ومستمر.<br>4. إدارة المخزون (السيارة): القيام بجرد سيارة البيع والتأكد من تصفية المخزن قبل التحميل.<br>5. قيادة آمنة: الالتزام بالسرعات المحددة للمركبة لتجنب التجاوزات التي ترصدها أجهزة التتبع (GPS).<br>6. التعامل مع العملاء: تعديل ومراجعة بيانات العملاء الخاصة بخطوط السير والتصنيف والبيانات الضريبية في حالة الضرورة بالتنسيق مع قسم البيانات الرئيسية.<br><br>المؤهلات والخبرة والمهارات:<br>•المؤهل المطلوب : متوسط .<br>• يفضل وجود خبره في مجال المبيعات والتوزيع او حديث التخرج .<br>• القدرة على التعامل مع المشكلات وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.<br>• إجادة التعامل مع خرائط جوجل (Google Map) لمعرفة طرق الوصول للعملاء.<br>• الاحتفاظ برخصة قيادة سارية خاصه او مهنيه تالته.
