<h4>Role purpose</h4>
<p>Managing a DevSecOps technical team is a crucial role to boost efficiency and culture of continuous improvement to bolster software engineering and delivery processes compliant with security principles within IT teams by applying DevSecOps best practices and principles. The role requires a proven record in cloud environment, CI/CD, software development lifecycle, monitoring and observability complemented by Agile methodology practices.</p>

<li>Technical leading DevSecOps team in order to maintain the technical knowledge, develop technical skills, provide mentorship and facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Continuously assesses existing development, deployment, and operations processes to identify areas for improvement through applying DevOps culture and principles.</li>
<li>Oversee the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure the efficient delivery of software products.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize private and public cloud infrastructure to support our applications, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.</li>
<li>Implement effective monitoring and logging solutions, including the ELK stack, to ensure high performance and availability of applications.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and best practices.</li>

<h4>Competencies and qualifications</h4>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in DevOps platform management in large delivery organizations, preferably with a development background.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying DevSecOps toolchains.</li>
<li>Public and private cloud IaaS and PaaS deployment models and technologies, e.g. OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.</li>
<li>Experience in CI/CD methodologies, automation, and configuration tools.</li>
<li>Expertise with at least one or more programming languages (e.g. PHP, Java).</li>
<li>Must have technical/professional qualifications:

<li>Computer Science/Engineering graduate or equivalent related degree.</li>
<li>7+ years of working experience in delivering solutions and software.</li>
