<p>Responsible for carrying out all of the tasks related to the hotel’s Garden Department, both inside and outside of the facility.<br>
In line with the Garden Supervisor’s instructions, organise the facility’s indoor and outdoor landscaping, and care for the grass and all types of plants according to the proper techniques (pesticide and fertiliser application and irrigation).<br>
Carry out the work in the greenhouses.<br>
Cut grass and water the garden, and apply fertilisers and pesticides.<br>
Care for the indoor plants.<br>

Welcome to Bosch.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><ul><li>Supporting the local HR in payroll inputs.</li><li>Updating regularly the HR Data files.</li><li>Handling and supporting the designated HRBP and managers with the absence management process.</li><li>Preparing all administrative documents (Employment letter, certificates, salary letters, contracts, clearance forms, etc)</li><li>Being responsible for the medical insurance & Life insurance process (addition and deletion as per policy)</li><li>Following up social insurance forms and registrations and deregistration with the service provider.</li><li>The focal point for the external outsourcing service provider with topics related to payroll, recruitment, operational issues.</li><li>Following up with the purchasing department regarding the purchase orders related to the HR department.</li><li>Preparing and publishing job announcements on Talent Hub, LinkedIn, etc.</li><li>Supporting the HRBP with the local induction program.</li><li>The HR coordinator will be responsible for handling junior profiles’ requisitions.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar degree.</li><li>Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position</li><li>High proficiency in PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel.</li><li>High Creativity </li><li>High level of attention to details.</li></ul><br><br> </div>
