Missions/Main Duties
<br><p>Supervise site electrical installation works for Section 1 of the high-speed railway project.</p><br><br><br><p>Monitor contractor performance, progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved documents.</p><br><br><br><p>Review electrical drawings, technical submissions, material approvals, and method statements.</p><br><br><br><p>Coordinate interfaces between electrical systems and other railway and infrastructure disciplines.</p><br><br><br><p>Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.</p><br><br><br><p>Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.</p><br><br><br><p>Ensure compliance with project quality standards, specifications, and HSE requirements.</p><br><br><br><p>Prepare site reports, progress updates, non-conformance observations, and technical correspondence.</p><br><br><br><p>Attend coordination meetings with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.</p><br><br><br><p>Contribute to schedule tracking and support mitigation actions for delays or site constraints.</p><br><br>
Profile/Skills
<br><p>Bachelor’s degree in <em>Electrical Engineering</em> or a related discipline.</p><br><br><br><p><em>8-10 years</em> of relevant professional experience in electrical site engineering.</p><br><br><br><p>Proven experience in <em>railway</em>, <em>metro</em>, <em>high-speed rail</em>, or major infrastructure projects is strongly preferred.</p><br><br><br><p>Experience with electrical systems such as power supply, substations, cable routing, earthing and bonding, lighting, low-voltage systems, and interface coordination is highly desirable.</p><br><br><br><p>Strong knowledge of construction supervision, inspection, testing, and commissioning processes.</p><br><br>
