Egy Bell is hiring a Design Engineer for a well-known renewable energy company.<br>Location: Maadi.<br>Job Description:We are looking for a Design engineer with design experience in small, medium scale PV solar energy projects including conceptual and detailed design of site layouts & knowledge in solar On-grid , pumping , hybrid & off-grid systems to join our team.<br>Responsibilities:<br>Design & revise preliminary layout for the solar system providing 3D view, Pvsyst report , BOQ. Lead the design team. Develop solar layout drawings using CAD software, SLD, concrete layout , wiring. Generate design calculations including voltage drop losses , cable sizing , tray sizing in excel. Perform technical site visit RFQ from suppliers Tendering Communication between internal departments of the company (Aftersales , Sales , Operations). Communicate with the suppliers and operations team for easier system installation process. Attend technical meeting with clients. Development in the design department tools. Research for new technologies in the field.<br>Qualifications: <br>Bachelor in related field.3 years of experience in Electrical Design. Structure design experience is a plus. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office , Auto CAD , Sketchup, Pvsyst , PVSol. SAP 2000 , Tekla structure is a plus.
