Job Purpose Supervise all activities to ensure fulfilment of customer's requirement relating to products, ensure that all Inward material components meet specification and to provide the confidence to the organization that all sub-assemblies and sub sequent processes are conforming to requirement and finally all submitted products are totally conforming to customer requirements.<br>Responsibilities Supervise the Q. C Manager analytical data about product quality in different phases (In ward Inspection, In Process Inspection – Final Inspection). Supervise and monitor activities including inspections, Testing, Design, Validation, Calibration, Test Methods and Infrastructure. Participate with relevant company managers to study the cause of defect regarding each customer complaint to prevent recurrence. Supervise and implement the requirement of quality management system ISO 9001- requirement. Support QA department to implement the requirement of environmental management system ISO 14001-2015 or equivalent. Supervise the implementation of calibration program including the definition of Calibration range, calibration frequency and internal and/ or external calibration. Supervise and monitor Quality related cost in order to continuously reduce quality related activities cost (Including appraisal prevention and failure cost). Prepare the complete Quality control plan for all products reporting all activities to Qc manager in monthly base for all production and defected parts.<br>Qualifications BSc of Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or BSc of science. Minimum 3 years' experience in QC. Experience in the field of electrical products. Good background of Quality management system ISO 9001.
