Familiarity with quantity surveying and architectural software (e.g. Power Point, Auto CAD, Revit) is advantageous. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

A minimum of 20 years of Experience in Landscape projects, including urban design, softscape, and hardscape design for many types of projects. Shall be familiar with international design codes, updated design software, Quality policy, Quality Assurance & Document Control requirements, Contractual & commercial issues, application of modern design practices, cost estimate, manpower estimation, value engineering, and Bid evaluation. Contacts with his department members as well as other department members, steering management, project managers, clients, and vendors as deemed necessary in Cairo and Jeddah offices.
