<ul><li><p>Develop and implement the annual maintenance plan (preventive and corrective) for all agricultural equipment and facilities.</p></li><li><p>Set maintenance priorities based on technical analysis and operational needs to ensure optimal performance.</p></li><li><p>Directly supervise maintenance engineers and technicians, and effectively assign daily tasks to ensure timely completion of work.</p></li><li><p>Periodically evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and identify training and development needs to enhance technical efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Monitor equipment breakdowns and address them as quickly as possible to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.</p></li><li><p>Lead emergency plans and rapid response actions in the event of critical system failures to ensure swift restoration of operations.</p></li><li><p>Ensure the availability of required spare parts by continuously updating inventory records and coordinating with the procurement department.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and monitor the annual maintenance budget, ensuring adherence while maintaining a balance between quality and cost.</p></li><li><p>Submit periodic reports to senior management covering equipment status, maintenance costs, breakdown rates, and recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Implement and monitor occupational health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with environmental and technical regulations in all maintenance operations.</p></li><li><p>Manage contracts and vendors responsible for outsourced maintenance services.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.</p></li><li><p>From 8 to 12 &nbsp;years of experience in maintenance management..</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of farm equipment, electrical systems, water systems, and HVAC.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and technical data analysis software.</p></li><li><p>Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to make quick and sound decisions.</p></li><li><p>Ability to prepare technical reports and effectively analyze maintenance data.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of quality standards, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant environmental regulations.</p></li></ul><p></p>
