<ol><li><p>Follow up and review all contractual procedures with the Ministry of Electrical and energy - UEEDC</p></li><li><p>Review and verify electricity supply “11kv” quantities / BOQ for project execution.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and finalize financial settlements related to electricity supply works.</p></li><li><p>Represent the company in dealings with government authorities and relevant ministries, including the Ministry of Water</p></li><li><p>Resources and Irrigation, the Ministry of Transport and Roads, and other governmental entities.</p></li><li><p>Handle all official documentation, permits, approvals, and administrative procedures required for project execution.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a thorough understanding of government processes and documentation requirements.</p></li><li><p>Supervise company warehouse operations, including monitoring incoming and outgoing materials.</p></li><li><p>Attend material handovers to subcontractors and ensure proper documentation.</p></li><li><p>Prepare warehouse records, inventory reports, goods receipt and issue vouchers, and material handover/receiving documents.</p></li></ol><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ol><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in any related field.</p></li><li><p>Experience in government relations and official documentation.</p></li><li><p>Experience in coordinating with governmental entities.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.</p></li><li><p>Experience in preparing project financial settlements is an advantage</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under site conditions.</p></li><li><p>Excellent site coordination, communication, and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)</p></li><li><p>Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word</p></li><li><p><strong>Luxor Resident is a MUST</strong></p></li></ol><p></p>
