Job Summary:The Employee Relations Officer facilitates positive relationships between employees and the organization, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment. They are responsible for implementing and enforcing employee policies and procedures, addressing grievances and conflicts, and promoting employee engagement and morale. Additionally, Employee Relations Officers play a key role in providing guidance and support to both employees and management on matters related to employment laws, regulations, and Company policies.
