<br><p>We are seeking a Solutions Architect to design, optimise, and govern end‑to‑end monitoring and service management solutions across complex IT and network environments. This role plays a critical part in translating business service requirements into high‑quality technical designs, ensuring robust service modelling, data quality, and operational excellence across tools and platforms.</p><br><br><br><b>What you will do</b>
<br><p>Deliver high‑level and low‑level design documentation for monitoring solutions supporting multiple business services.<br>Act as a subject matter expert for support, project, demand, and integrator teams to ensure monitoring requirements are clearly understood and consistently delivered.<br>Design, configure, optimise, and administer IT and network service management tools such as Cribl and Dynatrace.<br>Build and optimise business services, business processes, and IT service models with strong data quality controls.<br>Govern data accuracy and the quality of deliverables produced by suppliers and engineering teams.<br>Drive continuous improvement across day‑to‑day operations and engineering activities within tools and automation teams.<br>Apply ITIL practices across incident, change, capacity, and performance management disciplines.</p><br><br><br><b>Who you are</b>
<br><p>An experienced solutions design professional with 6+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years in solutions architecture, business service modelling, or data quality control.<br>Degree‑qualified in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.<br>Technically proficient across UNIX and Windows operating systems, including Solaris, HP‑UX, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server.<br>Knowledgeable in database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or similar platforms.<br>Comfortable working with network and management protocols including SNMP, HTTP, SOAP, IPv4, and IPv6.<br>Skilled in development and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, JDBC/ODBC, shell scripting, and related technologies.<br>Familiar with software development methodologies, object‑oriented programming, test‑driven development, and web service test automation.<br>A clear communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.</p><br><br><br><b>Not a Perfect Fit?</b>

<span>Description</span><br><span></span><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><br><p>To support Identity and Physical access management day to day operations in addition to support<br>the analysis, design and implementation of all layers of identity management platforms and <br>integrated applications, including Authorization/Authentication and Account <br>Creation/Management/Provisioning in data repositories.</p><br><p><strong>Description</strong></p><br><p>1.Demonstrate Identity Management product expertise in building and configuring respective solutions<br>and preparing and maintaining detailed operational manual for Identity Management solutions and <br>platforms, in order to avail bank services in a secured way according to bank policy and to enable <br>CIBs’ staff members and customers manage their own identity smoothly<br>2. Work closely with the Application Security team to develop a detailed and secured solution design and <br>integration guides between CIB Identity Management solutions and CIB internal and customer <br>interfacing applications, and services.<br>3. Work closely with Information Security, HR, Audit, Compliance, and Security Operations Center teams<br>to develop, test, apply, and maintain the approved security matrices, relevant logs, reports, and system <br>events over different identity and access management platforms, in order to provide the required <br>assurance that only the provided access being granted according to corporate information security <br>policy.<br>4. Handle the technical implementations and proposed customization on Identity Management solutions<br>and products where out of the box functionalities are not feasible, in order.to ensure effective and <br>accurate implementation and meet business requirements through an agile framework.<br>5. Work closely with IT Service Desk as a second level of support with internal users/staff, administrators, <br>vendors, customers, and 3rd parties, by performing and maintaining user/privileged account. Perform <br>Code level changes, updates to Identity Management solutions configuration and customization based <br>on the Service requests or gap assessments, in order to overcome the raised technical challenges and enable business in seamless way to demonstrate Identity Management product expertise in order to <br>avail bank services in a secured way according to bank policy.</p><br><p>6. Design, Implement, maintain and Operate physical security platforms, relevant processes, and <br>business workflows, in order to make sure that physical access platform up and running according to <br>corporate key performance indicator, and only approved access being granted according to CIB <br>policies.<br>7. Analyse integration requirements, implement and maintain appropriate integration methodologies, <br>documents day to day operational activities, in order to ensure proper Identity Management operations.<br>8. Ensure effective identity access platforms management and highlight where applicable potential <br>impacts on platform availability as well as information confidentiality and integrity, in order to ensure <br>proper and secured Identity Management lifecycle.<br>9. Provide second level of technical support, resolving technical authentication issues as part of the <br>normal process and/or (i.e., add, change and delete user/group access rights) for enterprise <br>applications, Systems, Database, and services, in coordination with relevant vendors and third parties, <br>in order to keep CIB business up and running according to the agreed upon service level agreement to <br>ensure ccontinual improvement for Identity Management lifecycle.<br>10. Job Description<br><br>Join a team that designs, develops, integrates, T&C highly complex systems within Honeywell [BA]. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.<br><br>Working closely with PM, presales, and sales teams to ensure that the design of the technical documents, drawings, site activities T&C are engineered correctly and Also to ensure that all ELV software applications are being selected, installed, and configured correctly as per project specifications and client’s expectation.<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Key responsibilities: <br><br>Study and Evaluate ELV systems, all technical drawings, documents, products, components, application and project specifications. Working for design and built projects. Verify and prepare all the required design of ELV systems (i.e. Compliance Statement, Material Submittal, Schematic diagrams, system architecture, Shop drawings, Installation details, Containment drawings, BOQ, Method Statements, cable schedules, wiring and termination drawings, System design specifications, Function design specification... etc.) as required in line with company and client requirements as well as standards and codes of practices. Handle testing and commissioning activities for ELV systems on site. Handling customer approvals on site for all the designed engineering documents, prove of concepts, drawings, ICD, T&C plan and impelmentation. Control project changes with functional efficient and affordable engineering design. Deeply engaged to validate technical proposals from suppliers providing areas of improvement as a value engineering for saving and increasing margins. Manage to establish customer relationships to lead the engineering activities on site. Documenting the engineering activities and presenting progress reports to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain knowledge transfer amongst peers upon collected experience/assigned trainings and contribute with technical support as needed. Early engagement in bidding phases for ELV projects. Creating and devolving standardized tools that support design approvals for ELV projects. Increasing the opportunities of VOs that will increase project profitability. Control project changes with functional efficient and affordable engineering design. Handling Customer training. Managing to develop standardize documents and sheets for applications and interfaces. Developing and managing all ELV projects technical documents ex. ICD, Use cases, Application TD, FDC, Cause and effect, O&M manual, etc. Good experience about construction Mega projects cycles. Validation of the project ELV design. Driving the integration with 3rd party systems including hardware and software interfaces. Install and Commission the ELV solution, systems and devices. Resolve all engineering problems on site and eliminate unplanned downtime. Reporting and documenting the work activities in a weekly basis. Responsible for all 3rd party technical interfaces.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>You must have:<br><br> Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline; Electrical, electronic or Communications. 5-10 years of experience in projects background with an understanding of various ELV systems. 50 % Travelling. Very Good command of English. Experience in ELV systems and Fire Alarm System design, execution, and commissioning (CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Intrusion, …etc.) Rigid knowledge of VMS, IVAS, PSIM, ACS, PAVA, MCS, etc. Aware of the standard open protocols such as OPC, MODBus, BACnet, SNMP, etc. Good experience of handling CAD drawings and ability to analyses technical details of system drawings and schematics, with advanced understanding of mechanical and electrical symbols. Ability to travel for short and long-time assignments. <br><br>We Value<br><br> Knowledge of Honeywell ELV systems and applications including EBI, DVM, CCS, Video analytics is preferred. ICT Skills.
