<p>You will be part of a team of several Quality of Service and Radio Optimization engineers, were<span>you will be responsible for carrying out RAN engineering studies (quality monitoring and optimization) for subsidiaries involved in the REC and ensuring the consistency of the configuration and activation of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G (and soon 6G) radio features over time.</span></p><br><br>
<p>You will also provide support to subsidiaries involved in the REC to ensure the technological evolution of existing radio sites through the management of technology trials and the implementation of Group recommendations to meet our customers' expectations in terms of improving Radio Quality of Service. </p><br><br>
<p>In terms of ongoing activity for our customers, you will participate in the analysis of drive tests and the operation of automatic optimization tools (C-SON) to continuously improve Radio performance.</p><br><br>
<p><strong><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></strong></p><br><br>
<p>As a design and planning engineer for radio, the main activities will include:</p><br><br>
<ol><li>Conducting budget studies (estimation of the need for new sites) each year, as well as updates for budget reviews</li><li>Monitoring the deployment of sites included in the budget program, with subsidiaries</li><li>Regularly managing with subsidiaries, the evolution of radio site configurations (e.g. new sites, antenna optimization, etc.), to ensure that the subsidiaries' mobile network site databases are kept up to date in our radio planning tools (e.g. Asset / Atoll)</li><li>Carrying out optimization actions for mobile network planning: frequency plans in 2G, scrambling codes in 3G, PCI in 4G, etc.</li><li>Recommending optimization actions for radio design and planning to reduce coverage and capacity constraints in areas or layers with several technologies (traffic steering, etc.)</li><li>Carrying out cross-disciplinary or specific technical studies for radio engineering (e.g., indoor coverage, stadiums, etc.)</li></ol>

Job Summary As an IMS Core Performance & Optimization Engineer, your role involves ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and efficiency of the IMS Core network. You will be responsible for monitoring IMS KPIs, analyzing service performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Vendor teams to enhance voice and multimedia service quality across VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IMS services. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance and health of IMS Core network elements to ensure service availability and optimal operation. Analyze IMS KPIs and identify performance degradation affecting VoLTE, VoWiFi, SMS over IMS, and multimedia services. Perform root cause analysis for performance issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Optimize IMS Core configurations and parameters to improve service quality and network efficiency. Monitor signaling performance for SIP, Diameter, RTP, DNS, and SCTP protocols. Analyze traffic trends and perform capacity planning for IMS Core platforms. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and provide optimization recommendations. Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Vendor teams to resolve performance-related issues. Validate network performance after software upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and new feature implementations. Ensure compliance with network performance KPIs, SLAs, and customer experience targets. Develop dashboards and automate performance reporting using scripting and reporting tools. Document optimization activities, performance improvements, and technical procedures. Participate in major incident investigations and support post-incident performance analysis. Recommend proactive optimization initiatives to improve network stability and customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in IMS Core Operations, Performance, or Optimization. Strong understanding of IMS architecture and VoLTE/VoWiFi service flows Knowledge of IMS Core network elements including but limited to:P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF, BGCF, MGCF, TAS, SBC, HSS / UDM, MRFStrong understanding of SIP call flows and IMS registration procedures. High Experience analyzing SIP traces and troubleshooting signaling issues. Strong Knowledge of telecom protocols including:SIP, Diameter, RTP / RTCP, SCTP, DNS, HTTP/2 (5G IMS environments) Experience with IMS KPI monitoring and performance analysis. The company is now expanding into the private sector and is building a dedicated business development function to lead this growth. Work Arrangement Assiut: On-site at the company headquarters. Cairo: Remote, with regular client visits across Cairo and Greater Cairo. Periodic travel to the Assiut headquarters is required. About the Role The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new revenue from private-sector clients (hotels, malls, factories, compounds, corporate offices, retail chains). The role owns the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing, and renewing. Responsibilities Market Research & Lead Generation Identify and qualify prospective clients across target segments (hospitality, retail, industrial, corporate, residential compounds). Build and maintain a database of qualified leads. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and service offerings. Client Acquisition Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, professional networks, and field visits. Schedule and lead discovery meetings with procurement managers, facility managers, and decision-makers. Perform site surveys to scope service requirements. Proposal & Negotiation Prepare customized commercial proposals based on site assessments. Negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms. Close contracts in line with company pricing policy and approved margins. Account Management Maintain post-signing relationships with clients to ensure service satisfaction. Provide accurate quarterly sales forecasts. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field). Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Demonstrated track record of closing B2B contracts. Preferred Qualifications Background in Facility Management, Cleaning, Security, Catering, Outsourcing, or Telecom Corporate sales. Familiarity with the Egyptian private-sector business landscape. Ability to travel within Egypt as required by the role. Required Skills Solution selling and consultative sales approach. Contract negotiation and commercial drafting.
