Role Description This is a full-time Business Developer role requiring B2/C1 level proficiency in English, based in Qesm El Maadi in a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The Business Developer will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and generate leads through various channels. Daily responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing clients, presenting Flairs Tech’s service offerings, and building long-term relationships that support revenue growth. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align proposals with client needs, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and preparing reports on pipeline, performance, and market trends. The Business Developer will also provide input to improve sales processes and contribute to targeted campaigns that expand the company’s global customer base.
