<p>As the Reward and Global Mobility Manager you will be accountable for leading and continuously improving the operational delivery of Scatec’s global reward and mobility programme, ensuring core processes are delivered consistently, efficiently and in line with business needs.</p><br>
<p>The role holder owns the end-to-end delivery of key annual reward processes, including the annual salary review, performance management and Short-Term Incentive (STI) bonus cycle, global benchmarking, Long-Term Incentive and employee share-based programmes.</p><br>
<p>The role contributes to ensuring Scatec’s reward and mobility programme is well benchmarked, fit for purpose, transparent and easy to understand, supporting the company’s ability to attract, retain and incentivise employees across functions and geographies.</p><br>
<p>The role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented reward professional with strong numerical capability, sound understanding of compensation practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders. </p><br> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><br>
<p>As the Global Reward Operations Lead you will be responsible for owning, orchestrating and running key annual global reward processes across Scatec, as well as supporting the management and evolution of the global reward programme for a market leader in renewable energy, ensuring the programme remains competitive and aligned with the organisation’s strategy and business objectives.</p><br>

<li>Facilitate the Scatec annual global reward processes including salary reviews, performance/bonus cycle, benchmarking, option and share programmes</li>
<li>Develop reward training materials and run capability building sessions with leaders and engagement sessions with employees to support the various reward cycles and priorities</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data identifying trends and strategic insights to inform the global salary review</li>
<li>Benchmark compensation packages against external market to ensure competitiveness, providing recommendations for adjustments where necessary</li>
<li>Support the design, implementation, and management of variable pay and incentive programs to drive performance and reward top talent</li>
<li>Conduct job evaluations to determine appropriate job levels, titles, and salary ranges, ensuring consistency across the organization</li>
<li>Generate regular reports on compensation metrics and trends, providing actionable insights to support decision-making</li>
<li>Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging regulations in compensation and benefits to inform the development of innovative reward strategies</li>

<p><strong>Experience and qualifications</strong></p><br>

<li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant professional certification in compensation, benefits, global mobility or HR is advantageous</li>
<li>8+ years experience in reward, compensation, benefits or HR operations, with experience managing annual reward cycles, benchmarking processes and/or incentive programmes in a complex international environment</li>
<li>Strong understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, job evaluation, variable pay, share-based programmes and relevant legal, regulatory and governance requirements</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS and compensation analysis tools, with confidence using technology, automation and AI-enabled tools to improve process efficiency, accuracy and reporting</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, auditability and compliance across sensitive reward and employee data</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively across functions and geographies, and influence stakeholders to deliver consistent reward outcomes</li>
