<div dir="rtl"><p>Overview تنفيذ الخطة من استلام المواد و الحفاظ علية و اصدار تقارير الجودة Responsibilities العمل داخل معامل الجودة الزراعية طبقاً لطرق العمل الأمنة SWP الموصي بها من ادارة السلامة و الصحة المهنية و مراجعة التزام العمالة اليومية بها قبل بداية كل وردية. ابلاغ مسئول الوردية (مشرف المعمل) بأي مخالفة لاشتراطات العمل الأمن لاتخاذ ما يلزم من اجراءات تصحيحية. معايرة اجهزة المعمل قبل البدء في استخدامها يوميا. عمل اجتماع مع مسئول المخازن في بداية كل وردية لمشاركة خطة العمل. استلام نموذج طلب فحص سيارة بطاطس المحرر من طرف أمن بوابة المصنع و التأكد من صحة البيانات المدونة به. يتم التأكد من عدم مخالفة السيارة لقواعد الأمن الصناعي أو سلامة الغذاء. يتم سحب العينات من كل سيارة طبقاً لخطة سحب العينات القياسية. يقوم بعمل الاختبارات اللازمة لكل سيارة طبقاً لمواصفة استلام البطاطس. اختبار نسبة الطمي. اختبار صلابة البطاطس. اختبارات عيوب الخام. اختبارات عيوب الشرائح بعد القلي. تسجيل شهادات فحص السيارات الواردة علي نظام Vistex وكذلك تحرير تقارير فحص المنصرف. يتم قبول أو رفض (بعد عرضها علي مشرف/ قائد الفريق) السيارة طبقاً للنتائج ويتم تحرير تقرير الفحص. في حلة تواجد المشرف في حالة قبول السيارة للتخزين أو التشغيل يتم متابعتها أثناء التفريغ و سحب العينات من علي سيور الفزر للتأكد من ثبات النتائج أو يتم رفض السيارة اذا وجد ما يخالف. المرور باستمرار علي نقاط التخزين اثناء تفريغ السيارات و كذلك علي نقاط تعبئة الكناتر للمصنع. يتم توجيه السيارات للتشغيل أو للتخزين طبقاً للخطة الموضوعة او بعد الرجوع لمسئول الوردية. يقوم بالمرور علي الغرف المكلف بمتابعتها من حيث الخام و قياس درجة حرارة الهواء و درجة حرارة البطاطس و ثاني أكسيد اكسيد الكربون و الرطوبة النسبية. يقوم بسحب عينات طبقاً لبروتوكول SDM و عمل التحاليل اللازمة كل اسبوعين لمتابعة تطور السكر في المخزون. حضور quality wall في معمل الإنتاج متابعة نتائج عيوب الشرائح بعد القلي مع فريق التصنيع كل ساعة. المشاركة في حديث السلامة مع العمال اليومية Safety talk في كل وردية. المشاركة في حديث الجودة مع العمال اليومية Quality talk في كل وردية. مسئول مسئولية كاملة عن نظافة وترتيب المعامل والمحافظة علي المظهر العام.
