We are looking for a very specific profile: someone who understands travel APIs from both the technical and commercial side. This is not a developer position, and it is not a traditional sales role. We need someone who understands what happens after a travel API is connected: Is it performing? Are searches converting? Why are bookings failing? Which errors are affecting production? Is the right inventory being distributed? Are response times competitive? Are technical issues being resolved quickly? What needs to be optimized to generate more business? The role will have a strong focus on API OUT performance and optimization, while also overseeing API IN supplier performance. What you will be responsible for API OUT – Main Focus Manage API partners from technical onboarding and testing through go-live and ongoing production. Monitor partner performance using Elastic/Kibana, system dashboards, logs and internal reporting tools. Track searches, availability, prebook and booking flows, errors, response times, timeouts, conversion and production.
