EELAF is hiring a hands-on and reliable IT Systems & Applications Administrator – Odoo & Infrastructure to manage the company’s IT environment, business applications, user access, cybersecurity controls, and Odoo system administration. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and smooth operation of EELAF’s offices, showroom, warehouse, and business teams. This includes IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, devices, servers, cybersecurity, backup, ERP/CRM systems, and coordination of Odoo customizations with external developers. The successful candidate must be practical, highly organized, and able to manage both day-to-day IT issues and system-improvement projects across different departments. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure and User Environment Manage and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, meeting-room equipment, and other company IT assets. Support Windows devices, software installation, user profiles, endpoint performance, patching, antivirus, and troubleshooting. Manage user onboarding, offboarding, email setup, system access, permissions, devices, and IT asset handover. Maintain accurate IT asset registers, software licenses, warranty records, vendor contacts, and maintenance schedules. Provide timely technical support to office, showroom, warehouse, sales, finance, logistics, and management teams. Microsoft 365 and Identity Management Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Share Point, user accounts, groups, permissions, and access policies. Manage email accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, mail permissions, and user access requirements. Apply password policies, multi-factor authentication, access controls, and security best practices. Support Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, account recovery, access issues, and collaboration tools. Network, Security, and Connectivity Manage and support LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN connections, internet links, and ISP coordination. Troubleshoot network, connectivity, printing, Wi-Fi, remote-access, and site-to-site communication issues. Maintain network documentation, IP plans, device configurations, rack layouts, and connectivity records. Support firewall rules, VPN access, network segmentation, and security controls. Monitor network performance and identify recurring infrastructure issues before they affect business operations. Servers, Backup, and Cybersecurity Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, shared folders, file permissions, and user access control. Maintain endpoint protection, antivirus, patch management, backup monitoring, and recovery readiness. Monitor backup status for critical business systems and ensure recovery procedures are documented and tested. Support disaster-recovery planning and business-continuity requirements. Apply cybersecurity policies and provide basic user awareness regarding phishing, password security, access control, and safe device usage. Odoo Administration and Business Applications Administer Odoo users, access rights, security groups, approvals, workflows, and system configurations. Support users across Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, POS, Documents, HR, Marketing, and related business workflows. Investigate Odoo issues and determine whether they are caused by user error, configuration, access rights, process gaps, data issues, or customization requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to understand operational needs and document clear system requirements. Prepare change requests, process maps, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria for Odoo customizations. Manage Odoo customization requests with external developers from requirement definition through testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-deployment follow-up. Review developer deliverables, validate that requested functionality matches business requirements, and ensure changes do not negatively affect existing workflows. Maintain a structured log of Odoo issues, enhancements, priorities, release notes, and pending development tasks. Support Odoo data quality, reporting reliability, user adoption, and process compliance. Coordinate upgrades, testing, user communication, and controlled deployment of new Odoo features or customizations. Ensure no system changes are moved to production without testing, approvals, documentation, and user validation. Internal ELV and Security Systems Support internal CCTV, access control, attendance, networking, and low-current systems across EELAF locations. Coordinate with external vendors for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades when required. Maintain basic documentation for cameras, access-control devices, attendance systems, network-connected security equipment, and related assets. Vendors, Documentation, and Improvement Coordinate with IT vendors, internet providers, hardware suppliers, software providers, Odoo developers, and security-system contractors. Evaluate vendor proposals, follow up on service levels, and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timelines. Maintain IT policies, network diagrams, access records, asset registers, backup logs, issue logs, and system documentation. Identify recurring technology issues and recommend practical improvements to systems, security, business continuity, and employee productivity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure support, corporate IT operations, or business applications support. Minimum 2 years of practical experience with Odoo administration, ERP support, Odoo customization coordination, or Odoo functional implementation. Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, One Drive, Share Point, user access, and security permissions. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, endpoint security, antivirus, backup, and recovery procedures. Good practical knowledge of networking, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting. Good understanding of cybersecurity controls, password policies, MFA, access management, backup practices, and endpoint protection. Strong knowledge of Odoo user roles, access rights, workflows, modules, issue handling, testing, and customization follow-up. Ability to gather requirements from business users and translate them into clear tasks for Odoo developers. Ability to test customizations, conduct user acceptance testing, document issues, and control deployment to production. Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, attendance systems, and network-connected ELV systems is required. Experience supporting multi-location offices, warehouses, showrooms, or distribution businesses is strongly preferred. Strong documentation, vendor-management, troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft 365, Odoo, or cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
